  In all the years I’ve visited Endota Spa Eltham, their expertise and customer service has always been exceptional. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would and always refer them to family and friends. Kate in particular would have to be the nicest and most accommodating staff member I’ve dealt with there. My most recent visit was an example of how helpful and professional she is. I needed to purchase a gift voucher for a friend and even though the team was short staffed and very busy, Kate still took the time to explain all the packages available and guide me to the best purchase. Thanks Kate and team, see you soon for my next visit.

  I was given as a present a gift voucher for Endota Eltham. I got a surrender spa package by the wonderful Rhiannon. Can’t even put into words how amazing my first time experience was. I felt so comfortable and I was made to feel like at home. Highly recommend Endota Eltham. Thank you Rhiannon for such a fantastic service.

  Had a booking, received text day before to re-confirm, turned up and they are closed due to a fire, but never contacted anyone. Fair enough just call your clients, text, email anything but radio silence and still nothing. Pretty sure management have access to their own database. Last time i booked they cancelled last minute that morning. 3 other people i spoke with had the same experience with Eltham endota and were told they would contact them to rebook. Never did.

  I went down to Endota Spa Eltham the other week to get my wife a voucher for Mother’s Day as she’s always raving about the staff there. I must say I’ll admit she wasn’t wrong! The ladies were so accommodating and helpful. Kate, the staff member who served my was so polite and efficient. I was in and out in a flash. Thanks Kate. Happy wife happy life!

  Kate is wonderful, she made me feel very comfortable during the entire processing of waxing, especially as it was my first time and she knew I was nervous. Couldn’t recommend her enough, very lovely person and will be coming back shortly. Thanks You!
